Jeff Barcy is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder with Ridgeback Partners. Ridgeback Partners is a real estate investment and building firm started in 2007 to take benefit of compelling opportunities in the troubled non commercial property areas inside the American current market.

After graduating from Harvard College in 1991, Jeff spent 3 years being employed on Wall Street and also in Los Angeles as an investment banker for CS 1st Boston. At this position, Jeff Barcy served to generate billions of dollars for banking institutions and as well as savings and loaning businesses. Then he decided i would continue his degree and enrolled at the Harvard Business School from 1994-1996.

Jeff Barcy graduated obtaining M.B.A. in June of 1996. Then he joined the business office of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette (DLJ) in 1996 as an Associate, and worked his way all the way up through the ranks over the course of 9 years to become a Director in its investment banking office. During the course of his stint at the investment bank, Jeff worked on $20 billion of IPOs, mergers & acquisitions and equity and monetary debt financings for a wide range of enterprises.

In 2007, Jeff Barcy made a decision to start Ridgeback Partners to take full advantage of business opportunities in currently the distressed real estate market; he engaged an investment bank in order to raise institutional capital and secured capital commitments from a good number of institutional investors. Ridgeback Partners also has invested in a number of Southern California gated communities like Madison Estates (www.madisonestatesliving.com) along with Monte Sereno (www.psmontesereno.com) in Palm Springs
